“Citrus Orchard Piles “

Spring 2000 – Spring 2001

In the painting “Citrus Orchard Piles”, I painted citrus orchards that were uprooted in the proximity of my house as the area was intended for building.

The citrus orchards changed their form and turned into dry piles in fields of yellow groundsel – “Citrus Orchard Piles”.

The painting continues my occupation with my private and intimate milieu, a private environment, which is also a public one during processes of change.
